Course Information
Each training day will consist of theory and practical training, with plenty of time for discussion and questions and answers. The training is only carried out in small groups to maximise the learning time we spend together. Please bring a cold lunch with you (sandwiches, salad etc.); we do not have any food preparation areas for the heating up of food.
Class size
A maximum of 4 Learners per class this allows the tutor to monitor individual progress and development. Learners work in pairs during practical sessions. During the course you will be given as much support as you need.
Evidence of Achievement
Students will be required to show achievement of a range of relevant learning outcomes and assessment criteria, as set by the National Standard.
- Three practical assessments
- Presentation of 5 client case studies each case study must comprise of 2 treatments giving you a total of 10 case studies
- Portfolio of evidence
There is no final written examination for the Threading Treatments course. Students will prepare, under the guidance of the course tutor, a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate that they have covered and achieved all the required learning theory and practical outcomes. You will be required to attend a practical assessment.
Qualification Attained
Students will gain the FHT Level 2 Diploma in Threading Treatments
Entrance Requirements
Applicants must be 18 years or over. No formal qualifications are necessary.
